For more than 30 years, I worked inside Fortune 200 companies managing global risk across 5 continents.  I have led teams in investigations, digital forensics, physical and operations security, executive protection, threat and crisis management, and business continuity.

I have conducted hundreds of investigations involving ethics, human resources, legal, fleet, claims and risk management, corporate aviation, promotions, trademark and intellectual property, consumer and product tampering, thefts, vandalism, and white-collar fraud and embezzlement.  I have also guided hundreds of concerning behavior matters, including threats, intimidation, harassment, bullying, workplace violence, and mental health matters. Throughout my career, I worked closely with law enforcement at every level, as well as governments, militaries, and federal agencies, and have referred hundreds of cases for prosecution and adjudication.  That experience across both private and public sectors taught me that effective work is not defined by noise or force.  It is defined by sound judgment, disciplined fact-finding, efficient results, and respect for legal guardrails.
